Do not recommend Blue Ridge Retreat

This fabulous cabin is in the ideal location. However it is evident the owners are not keeping the cabin up to the standards one would expect of such a cabin. Furniture was very old, dirty and overall in sad condition. Couch in living area is almost scarry from the stains all over it. 5 bedrooms with only set of sheets on each bed and one blanket or throw that was way too small for each bed. Rug in living area literally had scoopable amount of dirt under the rug. Cobwebs hanging everywhere, under sinks were no where close to being clean. We had a good time despite the not so cleanliness and old dirty furniture. I would not recommend this cabin in the shape it is in now. Could be a perfect cabin with some maintenance and upkeep done.

Horrible Property Management

Only 5 towels for 11 people. Called several time and were promised several different times that towel were coming. After 4th call we went and bought them ourselves. Bedroom blinds were shredded and you could see in at night. Guy came and measured at 11PM and said he'd be right back. Came the next night after 11PM and was banging on the doors of a clearly dark house with the wrong size blinds. Towels finally came around midnight after he left. Not happy with broken promises of delivery times. Waisted a day and a half waiting for them to never come.

Great space close to attractions

Great size for our family of 10! With three families we each had our own private spaces with large common areas to play games and watch movies. Space was clean and full of necessities for dishes, trash, etc. Would definitely stay here again.
