Pool open almost year around on a large private park, unless restrictions by city due to drought .
100 meters from Beach and La Cahuela, but no white noise from cafes and beach club music. Prime complex top floor, walking distance to Benalmadena port for tours and alike. We don’t ask Cash damage deposit on move in as most , our property is high floor so privacy from window watchers , 90% of closets are for tenants use not owner locked private .Very bright full view to garden and pool.
