• A 50% Advance Deposit is due at the time of booking.
• Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
• With the exception of a cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 90 days prior to the arrival date.
• Check-In begins at 4:00PM CST. If available, an early check-in may be requested for an additional fee.
• Check-Out is by 10:00AM CST. If available, a late check-out may be requested for an additional fee.

Outstanding Property

This property is rated 5 out of 5 stars. It is clean and decorated well, the beds are comfy, and everything is updated. The kitchen is fully stocked, there is a great grill in the back, and I would highly recommend staying here. Sheila, the property manager, is super helpful and responsive. The only negative, which has nothing to do with the property, is the construction of the Alys tennis courts being built right next to this house. There were construction vehicles and workers in front of the house on a regular basis. Once the construction is done, there will be a lovely view of the courts, but if you are renting, you should be aware of the construction.

New Years at the Beach

Rented this house over New Years with another family. There was plenty of room for everyone. House was clean and beds were very comfortable. House is within Walking distance to Alys and Rosemary. We would definitely rent this house again.

Simply Perfection

This house deserves a 10 Star Rating! The house was exceptional and should be the model for all homes in this area. We had 6 adults, 2 teens and a 6 month old baby & this home was perfect. The upper porch was our evening hang out and allowed us to be together & make some wonderful memories with tons of laughter! The 4 primary bedrooms worked so well with our crew and the floor plan was ideal. It also was incredibly clean and was exactly as advertised. Lastly, the property manager was superb! We would definitely stay at this home again! Thank you for allowing us to rent your home for the week!
