The minute you pull down Flip Flop Lane and find yourself opening the door of Flip Flop Happy we know you will feel the relaxed, comfortable atmosphere that the area and this home will offer you.

You will have a hard time deciding to stay inside this beautiful new home or hanging out at the world's most beautiful beaches.

The large, open style kitchen, dining and living room layout make it easy and fun for everyone to enjoy meals and hang out together. This 5 Bedroom 4 Full Bath home provides sleeping for 14-16 people.

The first floor is the main living area with kitchen, living, dining room and also a bedroom with queen sized bed as well as a shared full bath.

The second floor offers 3 bedrooms. One with a king size bed and private bath, the other two bedrooms share a bathroom. One of these bedrooms is a twin on twin bunk bed and a twin with trundle bed. The other bedroom contains a king sized bed.

The third floor contains a bedroom with 2 full size beds and a shared, hall bathroom. This floor also has a bonus/media room with a full sleeper sofa and a private bath.

AREA ATTRACTIONS:
Free golf cart trolley service or an easy 5 minute walk to the beach, and an even easier one to the two resort pools. This home is perfect for an exciting beach-filled vacation. You’ll also have the option of taking a free tram service that will shuttle you and your family to the beach and back.
Seacrest is an ideal place for families and people of all ages. Walk the cobble-stone streets in the Seacrest neighborhood, bike along scenic 30-A, enjoy the free concerts and outdoor movies, dine at casual and gourmet restaurants, and let the kids run off to the ice cream parlor and candy store.

Great time!

We stayed at Flip Flop Happy the week of July 4th. We had a great time. The house was so nice. The pictures didn’t do it justice. The location was great and we enjoyed the neighborhood. Nightly live music at Peddlers was an added bonus.

Amazing Location for Competitive Price

Everything about our stay here was lovely - the porch on the top deck was perfect for hanging out and playing games. Plenty of bed space in the property with such an easy location to the pool, beach, and restaurants/bars. Management was easy and communicative throughout the entire stay. Great value for booking this house!

Perfect trip for two families

10 of us slept comfortably and the house was perfect for our two families. Community is great and has all the amenities you need. Would def stay here again.

Fantastic house close to everything you need at the beach!

We had a great week! The house is so convenient to Rosemary Beach shops, and the tram service provided to the beach was great. The bikes were so much fun for adults and kids to take all over 30A. The furnishings were all perfect for our large family.
