The Agave is a Rustin Modern home built in the mid 80's but fully renovated in 2022. Just 9 minutes away from the North Entrance of Joshua Tree National Park and 11 minutes to the Marine Base, and 7 minutes downtown 29 Palms restaurants and shops.

The fully remodeled 1400 sq ft home on a half an acre is centrally located in Twentynine Palms and is a fantastic place to escape from the hustle and bustle. The home is situated in a quiet neighborhood with a fully fenced in backyard.

The home offers three bedrooms (two with queen beds and one with a king bed). The primary bedroom has an dedicated space to work comfortably from home. The living room has a comfy couch and bean bag chair.

The oasis backyard offer amenities such as corn hole, horseshoes, hammocks, outdoor dining table and a fire pit which is perfect for roasting marshmallows while watching the stars.

Joshua Tree

My husband, 18 year old son and I spent several days exploring Joshua Tree National Park, stargazing with the excellent telescope at night and enjoying the area. The home was almost exactly as described (minus the amenity of having a hot tub which we suspected was listed by accident). Everything was clean and in great condition. It was helpful to have extras in the house such as coffee, cooking oil, and pods for the washing machine. We would definitely stay again!

Exactly as described. Clean and comfortable. Beds were nice. Modern. Had everything we needed for a short stay. Fenced backyard with hard scape was perfect for dog. Loved lounging in the hammock. Will definitely stay here again!

Great base for Joshua Tree exploring and climbing

Very well-appointed property. It feels homely while at the same time stylish and well-equipped as a rental for six people. Brandon was very responsive to the couple of questions we had. Thought and care had gone into putting this property together and we appreciated it very much.
