Michelle, you are possibly the most ill informed, spoiled, piece of crap guest I’ve ever hosted. Your complaint is centered around messaging me at 9 pm and expecting a hvac tech there immediately. It’s clear you have not been a vrbo guest before as it is unusual for hosts to have hvac techs on staff to call. I interrupted my honeymoon to address your concerns. Spent time figuring out how to call companies from a Foreign country to fix the issue, and missed most of a concert we’d already paid to attend. So absolutely I was irritated when you wouldn’t accept that the following day was the earliest a tech could get out there. I understand no one probably loves you (how could they with how you acted) and for you I’m sure it’s hard to fathom someone wanting to spend time with someone they care about. You can complain all you want on the internet but I hope that people realize you are exactly what you are. A spoiled. Entitled. Rich girl who was told no for once in her life. As for the mouse poop, there was none. You’re exaggerating to get sympathy or a refund. So now your not only spoiled. Your a liar.
