This sophisticated chalet features tree-top and mountain views from the four-season sunroom and two large decks. Spacious at 1,650 sq. ft., this home has four indoor areas to relax in: the living room with a wood-burning stove, the family room with a wood fireplace and a sunroom with the best views, and the downstairs garage man cave/game room with the digital arcade. Outdoors, the large front and rear decks have both dining and lounging options with patio furniture and hammocks. Stay in and enjoy reading, movies, board games, or video games or venture out and explore the many outdoor recreation activities in beautiful El Dorado County.

Beautiful Views

My husband and I stayed at the chalet for our anniversary. The views from the deck are spectacular! Easy check in and check out. It has everything you could need. Communication with the host was quick and easy. We loved the QR codes which linked you to video instructions on how to operate most items in the house. This house is perfect for families with two different living spaces plus the game room.

Comfortable and clean.

This house is very clean on the inside but is really only a 2 bedroom. The beds are very comfortable. There are minor repairs that need to be made as the drawer in the kitchen was broken and very hard to open and close. The outside needs up keep and maintenance done on it very badly. But the host was easy and very quick to respond to request. Overall was clean and comfortable so would give 4 stars. If repairs were made and outside cleaned would give 5 star’s.

Awesome Family Getaway in the Pines

We loved the home, it is very spacious and warm. Everything we needed for a relaxing getaway with great views. The fireplace is amazing and the home was stocked with plenty of firewood. The area is very inviting for morning and evening walks. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms clean and included everything we needed for our stay. I highly recommend and the Hosts are very accommodating!!

My overall impression of the house was just okay. There was an issue with the refrigerator the 1st day, had to keep our perishables in an ice chest that was provided. The outside of the house was more run down than expected and the majority of the inside doors were really squeaky. The 3rd bedroom is off the downstairs garage, so the person that was sleeping there would have to use the upstairs bathroom at night, very inconvenient. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were sufficient, and the common areas served their purpose. Driving to the house at night is a challenge due to the winding roads. I would more than likely look for another house if in this area again.

Nice Quiet Stay

We went just to get away for the weekend. We wanted to take in a conference that was broadcast online over the weekend and this was the perfect place for it. A good TV in the living room, the game room and the master bedroom. We had a good stay.
