Private large home surrounded by trees on two hilly acres. Located within walking distance to downtown historic Placerville. Visit restaurants, coffee shops, bars, microbreweries, wine bars, boutique shopping and art studios.
20 minutes to Coloma Gold Rush State Park and the American River for swimming and whitewater. Enjoy the many apple ranches, Christmas Tree Farms, wineries and breweries within minutes of your stay. Hiking, lakes, rivers and a beautiful hour drive to ski resorts and South Lake Tahoe.
This is a beautiful new two level home. This listing is for the upper level of the home only. If you are interested in reserving both levels, please make in inquiry and we will send you the link. This upper level is spacious and well-lit with a living/dining/kitchen area. This level has its own entrance and garage to park in. When reserving this upper level, there is no access from inside the home to bottom/top level.
The space is bright and spacious with privacy among the trees. Enjoy dining and lounging on the large deck. We have updated the high speed WiFi.
Pets are allowed WITH permission and approval. Pet fee is $150 per pet per stay.
All pets must have a crate and may not be left alone in the house. Dogs must be on a leash when outside.
Home is perfect for multi-family or large groups. Great for large groups, entertaining and events (event fee TBD per event). ANY additional guests beyond 2 people, for an event or gathering of ANY kind, is allowed with permission and approval PRIOR to arrival. Any applicable fees will be determined and charged per request.
Parking must not block in lower level parking access. There is parking available in the garage, in front of the house, on the driveway and extra spots below the home. Please notify us if you'll be needing these additional parking spaces. Vehicles must not block-in lower level parking access and may be towed if owner is not immediately available.
Quiet hours are 10:00pm-8:00am.
