Guest access:
Guests will have entire access to the house excluding the:
HVAC room within the garage;
Crawlspace within the garage;
Storage closet on the second-floor patio;
Linen closet on the third floor.

Guests are welcome to use the two-car garage and an additional two cars are able to park in the driveway. Additionally, Free parking is available right around the corner from the house too.
Other things to note

For transparency's sake, as showcased by the photos, the homes are brand new and construction is wrapping up. The builder has quoted that construction and landscaping should be complete within fall/winter of 2022. For the brief period we lived in the property, we never heard our neighbors or construction and have not received complaints from guests on the matter.
