Come enjoy this well appointed, 2 bedroom cottage with views of Long Lake! Grab a chair and walk to the waters edge (across the street) to view the sunrise or sunset or launch your water toys. Located 10 minutes from Downtown Alpena where you can enjoy shopping, dining and the beautiful scenery of Lake Huron! Explore the light houses or take a cruise on the glass bottom boat as you learn the history of some of Michigan’s shipwrecks, Take a day trip to Mackinac Island! You’ll enjoy the stunning coast line views on this 1.5 hour drive. This cottage has been well maintained, with a great attention to detail. Your stay at Long Lake in Alpena will not disappoint!

Perfect small cabin with view of Long Lake

Perfect cute little cabin. Great location with view of long lake and short walk to boat launch to view the lake. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. The host was great with easy communication. Short drive to Rockport state park and only 15 minutes to Alpena. We will likely plan to stay here again.

Long Lake Winter Stay

Connie’s cabin was great! Extremely clean. Stocked with everything you might need. Stone throw away to the lake, and located in a great neighborhood. We had an awesome time and look forward to coming back!
