Luxurious villa with a large pool, 750m from the beach.
Black caviar villa is located in Asprouliano. A settlement built between two developed tourist areas (Kavros & Georgioupolis). Just 750 meters from the largest sandy beach in Crete.
The luxury villa was built in 2022. It is 110 m2 and consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen ,living room and dining room. Our state of the art European kitchen is fully equipped with its induction stove ,double oven and quality kitchenware. The 2 bedrooms can accommodate up to 5 people and 2 additional people can be accommodated in two sofa beds.
In the outdoor area you can enjoy the wonderful view of the mountain while simultaneously taking a swim in the super luxurious infinity pool.
The exotic backyard with its banana and palm trees has a great outdoor lounge where you can relax by reading a book and enjoying your favorite drink. In the stone-built barbecue you can prepare an amazing meal for your lunch or dinner at the outdoor dining table.
The road to the side of the villa can be used as a parking space for up to 3 cars.
