This home boasts 2 spacious family rooms both with big screen smart tv's. 25 minutes from PHX airport, close to shopping, surfing and restaurants for every pallet. Downtown Gilbert is just a 10 minute drive. KitchenAid gas grill , bikes, tennis and pickle ball rackets, pool toys and Ping pong are all included.
