The property was nice. It was lacking a few small amenities but I'm a very picky person. The batroon and kitchen were very nice. Easy check in. Reasonable price. Quiet neighborhood.

It smelt like dog it was shown to be an apartment but was a basement. There was people living upstairs. We didn’t even stay the entire time but I’ve got no communication back from Vrbo. I am done with you guys.

When you are expecting guests first impressions are lasting impressions - yard not taken care of - expectations of what the inside was going to be like. So much dirt and dust caked onto the air returns surprising there was any air circulating at all- mouse trap in the bathroom, toaster was rusty and dirty - stained carpet- looked like someone had used the toilet before we got there and the constant marching back and forth from the host the entire time. Said he had cleaners that cleaned the unit I doubt that but if that’s true, I’d be getting my money back if I were him. Not well kept at all - would not recommend this to anyone. The only decent thing about the property was the proximity to the downtown area.
