Guest Access:
Guests will be able to access everything inside unit 704A, the indoor pool, fitness center, sauna, outdoor pool, beach access, and parking lot.
There is a $50 parking pass fee which will be paid to Orange Beach Life. This will cover parking for your entire stay (2 parking passes provided). A $50 parking request fee will be sent to you after booking. Once paid we will be able to get your passes and have them ready for your upcoming stay (to avoid being towed).

Summer House is located 2.3 miles down Perdido Beach Blvd once you turn right off Hwy 161 (Orange Beach Blvd.) Located across the street from Waffle House, Alvin's Island, Walmart Neighborhood store, local restaurants, and entertainment!

Getting Around:
As you pull into the complex, you will need to enter the gate code to access parking (gate code will be given after booking). You can park in any outdoor space available, designated parking spot or parking garage not available. Luggage carts available by elevators to haul luggage to the unit! Parking fee is $50 per stay with 2 designated parking passes.
