Great experience

Great location, great amenities. Started with a glitch in the system due to changing management but once it was pointed out, it was promptly taken care of. This property will be under new management next month so hopefully communication is consistent because we would love to stay here again. The kids loved all of the pool options and the adults loved being right on the beach. Take advantage of the free state park nearby too!

Great area and beach! We didnt get the email with important lock codes to get into the condo so it was a little frantic at first but after we recieved the email finally everything went better

September Family Vacation 2023

The rental process was extremely easy. We chose this particular condo for its location. When we arrived we noticed a second tv set up in front of the living room tv. Which could only be watched by using a streaming service, which we do not use. We had to call and the young lady who answered gave us her personal login information in order for my husband to watch football. This was not communicated prior to arrival. The master bathroom shower head and faucet need to be either replaced or deep cleaned due to having mold build up on them. The refrigerator constantly leaked water all over the shelves which we had to clean up at least 4-5 times per day. We had to call again because of a drain pipe under the kitchen sink falling off while I was trying to wash dishes, which caused water and suds to pour out from the cabinet and into the floor. The person I spoke to said that she would get in touch with the maintenance guy and give me a call back with an estimated time for maintenance to arrive. After waiting over an hour with no call back, I called again to be told once again she would call me back. So for the second time I wait for a call and never received one. Approximately an hour later we hear a knock on the door and it was the maintenance guy. He put the drain pipe back on but said he would have to let someone else know about the refrigerator because he didn’t know anything about appliances. Overall, we all had a blast and would consider this location again.
