"Prepare for the vacation of a lifetime in beautiful Orange Beach, offering a delightful family-friendly condo with numerous amenities. This property boasts fantastic pools, a new splash park, a fitness facility, and more, ensuring an incredible experience. The prime location situates you near various attractions, including restaurants, shops, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Waterville, and top-notch golf courses. But the true star of your getaway is the stunning view of the Gulf of Mexico, observable from the balcony!

Indoors, this high-end property offers all the modern comforts, featuring flat-screen TVs, Wi-Fi, comfortable furnishings, and a fully equipped kitchen ideal for preparing the day's fresh catch. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, while the guest rooms accommodate with a queen bed and two full beds. Additionally, there's a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. Dining space caters to six individuals, with room for four more guests at the bar. For added convenience, there's a washer and dryer within the unit. Also, note the newly replaced flooring throughout the unit from Fall 2023.

For Winter Season reservations (January and February), bookings made before October 1st require a 60-day minimum stay. Reservations made after October 1st for the winter months vary between three or seven nights, based on unit specifications.

Last year we decided to get away for this year's Thanksgiving since it is such a hectic time of the year we needed a break. This is exactly what we needed family time and we were so thankful for it! We had so much fun even though it was cold!

Great condo

We are a group of 4 ladies that take a yearly beach trip. This condo is one of the best ones yet. Everything about the condo is comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. We will definitely be back!

Great location

I love that the condo was right on the beach. Nice outdoor pool and splash pad for kids. This unit is outdated and could use new furniture such as a couch but it was perfect for a short stay.

Everything was good except the fact that they had construction work going on and it's was a lot of noise with that. Housekeeping was wonderful.

Nice place but elevators need some work!

Everything was great but the elevator situation was not good we had to wait for 15-20 minutes every time. We even walked down and up the stairs from the ninth floor just so we wouldn’t have to wait! Other than that we had a fantastic time!

Perfect family condo

Rented this condo for a week w/ my grandkids and kids. The condo was nicer than pictures looked. GREAT view and very large balcony. Had one issue and maintenance responded w/in one hour.

Beautiful property

Beautiful property, loved the balcony and the rooms were big and spacious. The sofa bed is broken but it was nice to have a blow up mattress. However I didn’t find extra sheets for it. Thankfully I brought my own. Be aware of parking! I don’t think it’s listed on the listing but you have to pay $55 per car and you only get 2 vehicles. I was surprised by this.

Bring blow up mattresses!

BLOW UP MATTRESSES would be more comfortable than the beds. in there. IF I OWNED IT I WOULD GET NEW MATTRESSES TODAT and take all my personal belongings out. It’s just way too much. We put a lot of it in closets so we could get around. Overall though we would come back. Priced very reasonable.

The room was nasty. Food left in fridge. Floors haet been mopped in months. Sofa bed could not be used and barely could sit in it. The sofa should be replaced immediately.

Review of the property

The place was not clean. The beds covers had stains looked like ketchup. the chair recliner handle was broken and was filthy. the sofas were old and stained. Bed sheets were not clean. as a whole was really a bad experience. Closets were piled with stuff .... I can go on. Only positive thing was view was not bad. And next tenant please make sure you have at least one day of salt pepper, coffee and sugar. We have stayed at Airnb all over but never encountered this.

Poor cleanliness

The main living area was pretty worn down and dirty. The furniture had dirt stains and human hair on them when we arrived so we had to use extra bed sheets to cover to feel ok using. It also looks like the floors in corners of the condo had not been cleanee in a long time. Additionally, there are exposed carpet staples at the thresholds of each bedroom that we each stepped on. The place could really use a deep cleaning and/or new furniture that people aren’t afraid to sit on.

Would not use this rental company again

This is not a VRBO--- it is a rental company that apparently advertises in VRbO. That being said, the actual process of renting was smooth. The problem was they require you to drive through gulf shores traffic to pick up a piece of paper with the code on it rather than just email or send the code like you would do with a true VRBO listing. I know this doesn't seem like a big deal right now as you are trying to book, but I promise when you have a car full of kids asking "are we there yet" because the summer traffic is terrible and you get to drive an extra 30 minutes there and back to go get a pice of paper with a code you will care! To make it worse, once you get to the actual condo you have to stand in line and do another "checkin" to buy parking passes. The condo itself was fine. The Phoenix 5 itself is dated but the condo seemed to be equipped and furnished on par with the other people on our travel group.
