Great value. Beautiful view. Had stuff for us to cook with . There was a few beach toys for the kids . Pool was the nice for when we weren't at the beach. Parking was easy .

Summer Breeze

The rental was great. Everything was clean and as described. My only complaint is with VRBO, which is nothing to do with the place itself. The charges we incurred through VRBO were outrageous. If I owned a condo, I would look at other options to Rent my place out. That is all.

My family had a great time. This is the second time we've stayed in Summer Breeze. Both times were great. One thing that NEEDS to be fixed is the board walk going to the beach. Rotten boards and exposed screws are definitely a safety issue. The gate going out the side to the beach needs to be addressed, seems to get hung up after entering the code. The elevator service date is out of date. Of course, I see all kind of construction issues everywhere I go because I own my own Alabama based construction company. I would love to talk to someone about handling some of these issues, maybe in return for a week's stay again in 2027. Anyway, thanks and see ya next year.

Perfect spot for our stay

Our unit was on the top floor (3rd) of the building facing the beach. Balcony was huge. We were about 75 yards from the beach. Beautiful views. Great location.Beach Ball staff were really greatvtovwork with! I hive them an A

A wonderful beach gem!

Our family had an amazing stay! This was the PERFECT beach getaway!! Beautiful condo with beautiful views! We had a mixed family of 6 and stayed very comfortably. We saw dolphin pods twice during our stay while on the beach. The resort next door does fireworks on Friday nights, this was a great surprise! Everything you need to enjoy a beach day is provided with the condo so no need to bring anything besides your coolers. The pool was also a great end to a long beach day. Would recommend 100%

Perfect for our family. The view gets 10 stars! Plenty of towels, kitchen basics, washer/dryer. Some of the pans could use replacing. Bring a hand soap, dish soap, and a sponge if you want to do dishes by hand. I did not personally like the king size bed (it’s memory foam) but my mom said the queen was comfortable. There were 3 good beach chairs, some pool floats, some sand toys, tons of pool noodles, and a fishing pole in the storage box on the balcony. (I would suggest someone go through the box and remove all the broken and random pieces toys) On the last day, we found some games and puzzles underneath the living room tv, which would be good if you had a rainy day. Luckily we had perfect weather! I have stayed at Summer Breeze before, in a different unit, and I will only stay on this property in the future. It’s so quiet, the pool is never too crowded, the beach access is awesome, and the units I’ve stayed in were lovely. GT’s on the Bay is hands down the best restaurant in Orange Beach and Sweet Cone Alabama has delicious ice cream! You won’t regret booking this unit. I can’t wait to come back :)
