Rather you prefer to enjoy a cup of coffee on our large balcony, or have a little fun in the sun on the beach, come enjoy the true meaning of 'home away from home' at our relaxing beach condo!
Our beautifully newly decorated 2 bedroom / 2 bath unit #1309 at Seaside Beach and Racquet Club in Orange Beach, AL is updated with a New & Larger AC unit, all rooms have a new fresh coat of paint, we also have new floors installed in kitchen, dinning, living room and with new carpets in both bedrooms!
All new kitchen cabinets, granite and a larger refrigerator! We have a dinning table and chairs to fit a family of 6 for all of your family meals & board games!
The kitchen is equipped with all major appliances,
along with utensils, pots, & pans, blender, toaster, both kinds of coffee makers, toaster oven & microwave. We also have some storage containers to save your food. We do ask you to please leave them in the condo before your departure, for the next guest to use them.

Our condo is 960 square feet, with access from both Living & Master bedroom to the large balcony with a nice SIDE VIEW of the beach for your relaxation and beautiful beach sunsets at the end of your day!

We also have a outside table that sits 4 people, 2 chairs & 2-double sitting bench with beach toys for the kids in it to use!! One with the lock on it, is not for public use. Please do not try to open it, it has a lock for a reason. Thank you. Please remember to rinse off beach toys and chairs before bringing in the condo.

Condo includes; 3 flat screen TVs with cable & DVD players. The living room is a 50” Smart TV. Master bedroom 42” & Front bedroom 32” & Free WIFI also!

We also have many board games for all ages located in the master bedroom closet for those raining or sunburn days! We have a iron and ironing board for your convenience, if needed. We have 2 alarm clocks with USB ports in both bedroom to charge your phone for your convenience!

Both of our bedrooms have plenty of storage space!! There is also plenty room in both bedrooms to put a
pack n play in them!!

Master bedroom has a King size bed with balcony access. We have bed side tables with 2 drawers on each side of the bed. This is where you will find the alarm clocks with USB Chargers in the Clocks for your convenience! There is also a dresser with 6 drawers and a large mirror. And for your convenience we also have a desk and chair with 2 drawers for our guests to be able to manage bills from, or set up their computers.

The second bedroom has a Queen size bed with smaller end tables on each side of the bed, along with Alarm clocks with USB Charger in the clock for your convenience! There is also a dresser with 3 long drawers and a large mirror and another table with 1 drawer.

The living room has a newly installed 50” Smart TV with a DVD player! We have a Queen size sleeper sofa, with a new memory foam mattress, 2 rocker recliners, barrel chair and barrel swivel chair. Plenty of room to fit your family. Both bedrooms and the living room have ceiling fans. The bathrooms have both been remodeled & with tile Flooring. Also the shower/tub has hand rails. Doors are not wheelchair acceptable. We have wall blow dryers installed in each of the bathrooms. For your convenience, our unit has stackable washer/dryer, so you won't have to do laundry when you arrive back at home!

When you step out our front door, you are just steps away from the Indoor Heated Pool, (Sauna, Steam room, Fitness room) must be 18 hrs of age to get enter, as per condominium rules. 2 lighted tennis & pickle-ball court for day or night playing and for a cleaning fee, you can rent the Club House. For your convenience there are showers and restrooms. Also outside of all this, is a large outdoor sitting area under beautiful trees and surrounded by beautiful landscaping & large barbecue pit.
On your short walk to the beach, you will come across 4 barbecue pits, on the other side there are shuffle boards, and the 2 outdoor pools, along with the outdoor shower. We now have coded locked gates on both board walks to the beach to prevent people that are not staying here to come in, for your safety! Please do not hold the door open for anyone other than your group! Thank you!

We have filled the condo with things that you might find convenient during your stay. We do have a few beach chairs located on the balcony for our guest to bring to the beach, we also have some beach toys for your little ones to play with! We do ask that you rinse the chairs and toys off before returning to the unit, so they can stay sand and rust free. We also have some koozies and sand spikes for our guest to keep there drinks in while on the beach or in the condo. But again, please leave these in the condo so our future guest can enjoy them also. Remember, all belongings must be removed from the beach before sunset! Or they will be picked up and disposed of!!

Below is a list of all the games we have in the condo for our guest to use, but please be courteous with the games so our future guest can have fun with them to:
Life, monopoly, yahtzee, uno, let's go fishing, hedbanz, jenga, tic tac toe, 2 deck of cards, spoons, checkers, dice, bowling dice game, and trouble.

For your convenience, the luggage carts are located under the stairs right next to the elevators. Please do not bring them into the condo. Please remember to put them back after your finished with them for the next guest to use. Thank you.

We also have free WiFi available to our guest in the unit!

We are located in a gated community with a guard on duty.

Check in is at 4 pm. & check out is at 10 am. You must be 21 years old to rent the unit. Also you must be 18 years old to use the sauna, steam room & exercise room. There is a $50.00 parking fee per vehicle per stay with a maximum of 2 vehicles to be paid to the guardman on duty.

This unit is smoke free and pet free! There are designated areas for smoking & vabbing. Please look for them and please, do not smoke anywheres else. They have made this a non-smoking complex.
