The master br has a king size bed and the guest br a queen. The living room sofa easily sleeps 2. Work out in the gym, relax in the library, or play pool in the game room. Walking distance to publix and local restaurants. Private entrance to the no drive beach which is relaxing and quiet. Washer/Dryer on site, underground garage parking space, Includes basic cable, internet, pest control and water. Two month minimum rental, but ideally looking for renters to return every winter for 5-6 months.
