The Sparrow House is a darling and quaint guesthouse in Norman, OK and less than a mile from OU campus. Built with functionality and efficiency in mind, this tiny house is best suited for individuals, couples and/or smaller families. The living is multi functional, the daybed makes a perfect couch and pulls out to a king bed at night w/ memory foam mattress. Ladder leads to loft w additional king mattress. 32" HD Smart TV w/ Roku, etc. Kitchen has 7.4 cu ft fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and coffee maker (no dishwasher). Washer/Dryer included
The guesthouse is separated from the main house by a garage and carport.

Perfect Gameday Getaway

This is the perfect little hidden gem for OU game days. Shannon was super responsive and the place had all of the needs for a weekend down in Norman.

The host was amazing. She answered every call or message quickly. We actually stayed in the Grace house instead of the Tiny guesthouse. The tiny house was needed for additional family memebers of the people staying in the main house. The Grace house was beautifully decorated & close to campus. We walked to the stadium from there. It was Perfect!!! We will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect little space

My daughter and I stayed for the week while she went to camp and I worked remotely. This tiny house is not only adorable but had everything we needed. Shannon was the best host and made sure everything was perfect for us. She went above and beyond and we couldn’t have wanted more. Thank you!!
