Convenient street parking out front - walk to downtown Annapolis and USNA.

Master bedroom - King Bedroom Suite with two walk-in closets, upscale and modern en-suite bathroom with oversized shower featuring rain shower and multiple jets, towel warmer for that extra touch.

Front bedroom - King Bedroom Suite with office desk/chair for workspace. En-suite bath with full tub.

Middle bedroom - Queen Bedroom Suite with en-suite bathroom.

All bedrooms upstairs. Washer and Dryer in hallway closet space upstairs. All amenities are top-line and well stocked.

Main level features a front living room with queen sleeper sofa, dual-sided gas fireplace that opens to an 8-person dining room on the other side. Open concept Chef's kitchen with waterfall island and seating for four - two beverage fridges for entertaining. Cozy living room with oversized sectional that leads to a backyard screened in porch with private backyard.

What an amazing place to stay. Pictures are accurate - it is that beautiful. A dozen little touches made it a perfect retreat. Location is great, house is inviting, comfortable and clean, and Tayna was incredibly responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will book again if we are back in the area (and if it is available).

Best property in Annapolis

Very modern - new furnishings, squeaky clean and new surroundings, appealing decor, and great amenities. Superhost: responsive, very accommodating, communicative, went out of her way to be helpful and provide information, easy check-in procedures. Would love to stay here again, I have no reason to look beyond this particular property. My family and I were very happy with this booking and the location cannot be beat. Very thankful for a great stay!

Used as a family base during a wedding weekend — not for parties, but for our visiting and downtime. Common area and outside space great — kitchen amazing. Have sworn off short term rentals, but this host shows how it’s meant to be done for Reservation to check out impeccable detail. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

This property is furnished and appointment to the max. The hostess has thought of every detail to enhance your stay. We were thrilled with the layout and the location. Every thing you can think of that you need to make your stay fabulous was accounted for by the hostess. Bravo! Best of Everything

Three senior brothers take a brothers reunion trip once a year. This year we picked Annapolis. This townhome is awesome. Beautiful, comfortable, welcoming. The location in Eastport has got to be the best block on the best street in the Annapolis area. Friendly, restaurants and bars all around. Great food, great hospitality. Convenient water taxi system makes it quick and easy to get around. We all loved this place.

Could not have been nicer! House was pristine and well equipped. Beds were very comfortable and my daughter called the master shower- her dream- the nicest shower she has ever had. Location was great. Easy walk to restaurants and only minutes to downtown Annapolis. Highly recommend.

I love our location as it is central to everything and easy to get around. The space is meant to feel both luxurious (high end linens and towels ) and also comfortable for families to relax and unwind in. Happy to answer any questions you may have!

Why they chose this property

Eastport is laid back and friendly. This location couldn’t be more central to it all. Eastport offers free street parking right out front (downtown Annapolis is paid parking or permit), and we offer a covered garage spot at the marina around the corner should guests need it). This newly-built (2022) townhome has it all - open concept entertaining spaces with beverage fridges, waterfall island with bar seating, 8-person dining room, screened-in back porch, patio with rockers and grill. Luxurious linens and towels - you will feel relaxed and pampered in our space. And it’s GORGEOUS inside!!

What makes this property unique

Walk to everything! Famous Boatyard Bar & Grill across the street from you as well as Lewnes Steakhouse, Davis’ Pub and Forward Brewing - right on your street. Easy walk to all that downtown Annapolis has to offer without the hassle of parking there.
