About this property

This cozy unit is located above the family home in a nice quiet neighborhood. It is within minutes of downtown Springfield and the U of O. The upper story is assessable from the side of the main house via stairs. It sleeps-4 with a queen bed in the bedroom and a futon in the extra room. The bedroom has a comfy mat for little ones. Amenities include an under counter refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, ice maker, & Keurig, as well as a washer and dryer. It does not have a stove.
