Lacking, I won’t be back
1. I arrived early, and the receptionist was kind enough to allow me to leave my bags. I used the rest room in the reception and left an earpiece of my AirPods there. Walked to the beach, and that’s when I realized I left it and immediately messaged the host about it. I came back for my check-in that afternoon and was informed that the earpiece was not found. Even tho there was literally none else there with access to the reception restroom.
There goes $120
2. There was no attendants for baggage handling, so I am 5', 140 pounds and was expected to go up three flights of stairs, no elevator, with my luggage. The receptionist is even smaller than I am, she offered to bring it up, and then another lady step up and brought it upstairs.
3. I checked in a Saturday afternoon, was not given the wifi password. Sunday was Easter, so the office was closed (even tho you still have guests that are paying to stay there). This means I had no choice but to wait until Monday to have access to the wifi.
4. I went out Saturday night and found out that I was locked out of the hotel. The security guard was no where to be found. The cab driver found the guard for the restaurant and he found the hotel staff to let me in. For a solo female traveler, this was very stressful.
5. There was a cockroach in my bathroom, I made a video In case there's a question of my hygiene, I have proof that I kept the room clean.
Stay there if you must, I will not stay there again and will not recommend.
