Our local staff can help you out with all of your housing needs as we have many short and mid-term furnished rentals available in the area. • No parties or events allowed without written approval.
• No smoking allowed of any kind inside the home.
• Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. Water is okay.
• Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm - 6am.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times of 3pm and 11am.
• Please take care of the furnishings.
• Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
• No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
• Guests to planned events are charged at an additional $20/day. If, for instance you have a 50 person wedding you would like to have on property for one day- the additional fee is $20 x 50 = $1000.
If any of these rules are broken, we have the right to charge you for any damages done to the home.
