Cheerful 4 Bedroom Home - Brand New Construction!

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. You will need a car. Uber and Lyft are also available. Our local staff can help you out with all of your housing needs as we have many short and mid-term furnished rentals available in the area. All you need is your personal items, we will cover the rest! We look forward to providing you with the best guest experience and ultimate hospitality. See you here!
Before booking with us, please look over our standard house rules. Nothing too crazy – we put a lot of personal love into making this property your home away from home. Thanks!

• No parties or events allowed.
• No smoking allowed of any kind inside the home.
• Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. Water is okay.
• Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm - 6am.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times of 3pm and 11am.
• Please take care of the furnishings.
• Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
• No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
• You must notify the host of any pets you plan on bringing (certain dog breeds are not accepted).
• Please pick up after your dog.
• All Rentals must be for a minimum 6 months term
• Subject to HOA rules.

If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the original reservation, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per day.

If any of these rules are broken, we have the right to charge you for any damages done to the home

Perfect house for us

New home, very clean and well equipped. We attended an 8 day event that was 20 minutes from the house. As adults traveling, we loved having 3 king beds and one queen/double. Garage was a bonus. Nice and quiet family neighborhood. We will definitely return.

Great value & Service. Definitely worth it!

We need to find a temporary house while our home was being finished and this place exceed our expectations! It’s better in person than the pictures. My husband was able to work from home and have his space. The owners were wonderful to work with. We had the extend our stay several times and they were extremely accomodating. Whether you need a short term rental or a longer term rental we highly recommend this place! They even dropped off a shovel and salt in anticipation of the snow storms!
