Come stay in our fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment downtown in the historic district on Main St. You'll be one block from our beautiful waterfront, our downtown restaurants, entertainment, and brewery. You'll have your own reserved parking spot directly across the street from the entrance. You can also enjoy 24hr access to the gym downstairs. Over 15 classes per week are offered that you may join in as well for free. We even have 2 beach cruisers you can use to explore our beautiful city.

Our Go-To in Elizabeth City!Hands down, one of our favorite places to stay when visiting our daughter at ECSU! We’ve stayed with Donnie before, and once again, he was a great host. He was super accommodating with a last-minute request and very open and honest about an issue that came up with our original unit before check-in. Even better, he already had another property ready for us, and it actually ended up being bigger than the original!The location is great, with coffee and food right around the corner. We had an assigned parking spot plus plenty of street parking, the bed was comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make a whole surf & turf dinner!Great location, comfortable stay, and an accommodating host. This is officially our Elizabeth City home base and our go-to from here on out!

For a quick little get-away, this property was excellent!! Stairs were a little steep to carry a suitcase and several coolers, but I managed!! The outside door and the apartment doors each had individual door codes which made me feel safer. got good reception with the TV, and wifi. All in all, a good place for my short stay!

We had a great 2-day stay in this one-bedroom condo in Elizabeth City, NC! The location was absolutely perfect for what we needed, a home base during our daughter’s end-of-year college dorm move-out. The size of the condo was just right, cozy but still comfortable enough to relax after long days of packing and moving.The kitchen was well-appointed and had everything we needed to cook meals during our stay, which made things super convenient. Parking was easy, the condo was very clean, and overall it had everything needed for a great stay.A huge bonus was The Kraken coffee shop literally around the corner. So good and definitely a must-visit!Donnie and Olivia were awesome hosts and made everything easy from start to finish. We will absolutely be staying here again. Only thing to note: those stairs are definitely a workout … but totally worth it.

Place was great. Needed a fully-equipped kitchen to prepare a Thanksgiving meal and it worked out very well. Enjoyed some of the eateries and bars nearby (Cypress Creek, Seven Sounds, Hoppin’ Johnz). Overall, a very pleasant stay.
