Being only 22 miles North of the famous Key West and 32 miles South of Marathon, this unit is perfectly located for any occasion. Accommodations to sleep up to 6 adults comfortably. Excellent location for quick and easy boating access to both Atlantic and Gulf Side. This property has a 21 foot concrete dock which will accommodate a boat up to 17’ maximum. There is a fish cleaning station, swimming ladder, and dock post. Enjoy biking the paved community or kayaking out to Kemp Channel. The possibilities are endless when you are on Keys Time.

Located inside Venture Out on Cudjoe Key. A Registration/Check-In Fee of $125 will be charged by Venture Out at time of arrival. Parking for 1 vehicle per Unit. Extra parking permit may be available at the Guard Station for an additional nightly fee for a maximum of 14 days depending on availability. To ensure that you are protected, as well as the owner, we offer a $55 Damage Waiver Insurance. If you chose to opt out of the Damage Waiver a refundable $1,500 Security Deposit will be collected.
Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 years or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 6 people, and all guests need to be registered with the property manager. No smoking. Up to 2 small dogs permitted with manager approval and payment of $150 per pet nonrefundable fee. Check-In is at 4pm. Check-Out is at 10am. Unless otherwise arranged with the Property Manager prior to arrival. There will be a 4% credit card processing fee that will be added when paying with a credit card.

Venture Out is a private gated community and requires all guests full names including children who will be joining you for your stay. Please include all your guests names when you submit a copy of your driver's license.
All reservations subject to final approval from the local Property Manager. Online bookings accepted with approval from the Property Manager within 24 hours. The vacation rental contract must be signed and returned after speaking with the Property Manager for the reservation to be confirmed.
Rates per night for the year: January-May $375, June $275, July $300, and August-December $350.
