Poor Communication

Pros: clean, modern apartment Cons: Horrible communication! NO response from host on Vrbo site or through texts! Very frustrating. I tried to get a refund for the last night since our plans changed. The request to cancel and get a refund for 1 night was within the appropriate time frame. I finally called and got a hold of the host, Cayson, and he told me on 2 different occasions that he would take care of it. I still haven’t received the refund for the 1 night! It’s been over a month since my request! In addition, they sent the incorrect front door code so we had to wait around for the right one. There are also a lot of homeless people around the neighborhood so it’s not safe to walk around this neighborhood.

SLC downtown apartment

Overall the apartment was nice sized and conveniently located. It was perfect for getting to the events we were in town for at the convention center. Communication with property manager was frustrating. My messages while staying at the property were ignored. Instead I kept getting scheduled, form messages about how much they cared about my stay & information on procedures yet nothing in response to my specific questions. Check in information was not sent until a few hours before check in at my request. The bedroom has see through window coverings. Not ideal especially at night. There is no parking inside the complex. You have to park on the street that is located near the train tracks, the freeway and across the street from a vacant lot where a few of the homeless pitch their tents. Obviously this is downtown and part of the experience. This is my honest review.

Quick trip.

Quick trip to Salt Lake City for a show, picked this condo because of the location. The property is so spacious, really a nice layout. Beds were very comfortable. This property is one we will use again.

Adorable place

Cayson was extremely communicative and helpful from arrival to departure. The house is extremely cute, nice and modern. Definitely will book again soon!
