Cochran's Condo is located in the heart of Chevy Chase, across the street from several of Lexington's favorite restaurants, bars, & boutiques! Don't let that scare you, though... the Chevy Chase area is very quiet & peaceful! No need to worry about any noise.
You will access this home with a code.

Great location with potential

The location of this property was great….quick and easy access to great restaurants and bars. My biggest issue with this location was the fact that the property managers kept sending me messages about a 5 star property. This is not a 5 star propert for a number of reasons….the coffee table was ready to fall apart as there are missing pieces to it….I found a bolt by the lamp. Many of the blinds are broken or missing. The bathtub faucet wouldn’t stop dripping. The kitchen cabinets had shelves that had missing clips so they were ready to fall. Paint on the ceiling and walls are cracking and peeling. Just lots of small things that can be handled to take this place to the next level!
