Great stay!

The Cramer Cottage was a wonderful stay. Super cute and perfectly equipped, with the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Parking was convenient and easy and I loved the location. Don’t hesitate to book! Thank you Experienced Stays for a relaxing and pleasant 2 weeks!

Cute,clean,cozy

Cute and cozy space. Good for a couple, single person or parent and child. Smoke detector battery was low which had a loud alert but they came and replaced it after awhile. So besides that hiccup, everything was great. The neighborhood was nice and close to fun little restaurants.

Nice place with a few watch outs

Very clean and charming little property in a cute neighborhood next to nice restaurants and very near the UK campus. Private parking was nice. Check in was easy but did have to prompt for instructions -- did receive a response immediately upon inquiry. It's very small (much smaller than appears in picture), but works for 2 people if you are OK in close quarters. A few watch outs -- there is no door on the bedroom so no ability to create privacy between bedroom and living area. The unit had 2 bath towels and 1 wash cloth and that was it for towels. No bath mat, no hand towel, etc. We made it work, but would bring my own if we stayed again. We bought K-cups but the coffee maker didn't work (big problem for us major coffee drinkers!). There was also only one thin blanket and no other blankets, covers or sheets. Price was right and we were only there for 2 nights so made it work but would be very difficult for longer stays with such limited supplies and space.
