This place was very comfortable and convenient to everything on the southside of Lexington. The apartment was clean and well furnished in every capacity. Quiet neighborhood and easy to find.

Great Place

Loved our stay very much. Great location close to many things including Keeneland and its surrounding scenic drives. Kitchen is well stocked with everything we need to spend a relaxing 3-day weekend in lexington. Will stay here again for sure!

Our Lexington Home

Everytime my wife and I come to Lexington to watch the races at Keenland we try to stay here. Place is peaceful, quiet, and joyce is an the best host.

The location was perfect-- very nice neighborhood and close to Rupp Arena. The apartment was very clean and homey, and I hope to stay there again the next time we visit Lexington. The owner was precious, very helpful, and even left us chocolates to enjoy. I can't wait to return!

Wonderful apartment in beautiful setting!

This perfectly lovely and large apartment was exactly what we needed for our stay! This place had everything we could possibly need and then some. The location felt very safe in a very nice neighborhood and was close to a lot of restaurants and stores and within minutes from downtown Lexington. Our host, Joyce was delightful and helpful and we hope to meet again some day!

Great Apartment

My stay was very nice. The apartment was very clean and had anything you would need in a home. Quite neighborhood with nice patio with swinging chair for laxing on a nice day. Six day stay

This was the perfect answer to our lodging in Lexington. The apartment was very clean and homey. It had everything we could possibly need. The neighborhood was safe and we were able to take daily walks. Our hostess was waiting when we arrived and showed us around answering any questions. Not only do we rate this a five star accommodation- we have already reserved it for our next trip in 2025!

Truly lovely accommodation that felt like home

Set in a quiet leafy suburb of Lexington, The apartment is situated underneath the main house so you walk down the side of house to get to it. Beautifully decorated and bedroom nice and large. Bedding very comfortable. Wish we could have stayed more than one night. Be aware if you have walking difficulties that there are stairs down to apartment.
