We stayed here for three nights for a wedding. The condo was very clean and was in an excellent location for walking to restaurants. Claire was wonderful to work with and provided very good and explicit communication.

Close to everything

The condo was very comfortable and clean we loved being close to the downtown restaurants. We walked the downtown area and UK campus which we enjoyed. If any downside - the parking was a little overpriced. You can find better options than I did overall 5 Stars!

Great stay!

This place was in the perfect location with k credible views! We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do...parks, food, drinks, concerts, museums. Getting in and out of the property was a breeze and there is a parking garage right across the street for easy parking upon arrival. The apartment was well suited for us (two adults, one 15 month old). We cooked a few meals in the apartment and suggest bringing basics (salt, pepper, olive oil and a good knife) if you plan to do the same. Property manager super easy to get a hold of. We would definitely stay again!
