The stay was wonderful. The property was well maintained. The listing was accurate. We received several wonderful food recommendations from the property owner. Thank you again the stay!
We visited for the Bourbon Burn Bike Ride. It was a good base of operations for the four-day weekend. Close to restaurants and West 6th Brewery. Also, an easy drive to the Kentucky Horse Park.
This location is perfect for easy access and walks to events and restaurants in downtown Lexington. The ad says “Renovated” and while pretty clean - it is ready for a nice update with fresh paint and wall repair. Easy communication with Ben, our host. No issues with our stay.
Our family went to a concert at Rupp Arena and this was the perfect place to stay. Close walking distance through a nice neighborhood and super convenient to restaurants. Owner was really helpful and informative. We got to beat the traffic and just walk home after the show. Loved it!

Great location for an event at the Rupp Arena. The property was clean and nice. The owner was very helpful and wonderful communication. I will say that the pictures of property where misleading didn’t quite match the property decor, furniture, etc. But that wasn’t a deal breaker for us it was still wonderful.
Location was great. Hosts were great and communicated well. They left snacks. We enjoyed the popcorn. The property needs alot of maintenance. It is a bit run down. The couch and floors were easier to sleep on than the beds. It waa just for a night, but it did need alot of maintenance. Our opinion, though. We would still recommend this place if you needed a great location short term.

The place was in a good location to downtown Lexington but it was not newly renovated like it was advertised. Backyard fence had broken boards and lawn was not mowed. However the place was clean and the stay was fine.
We enjoyed our stay! The home is in a nice historic neighborhood close to a lot of great restaurants and attractions. It was clean and the space was great for hanging out and enjoying our time together. A couple of issues: the shower in the main bedroom was hard to operate and the water pressure was low. We all used the hall bathroom for showers. Also worth noting, the pictures on the website do not match the current decor. However, overall, it was great for our visit.
This townhouse was the perfect unit for our quick trip to Lexington for a concert at the Rupp Arena! There was only the two of us, but it offered lots of space if you have more people and 2.5 bathrooms which we’ve rarely seen in townhomes! The pictures were very representative of the property, but my favorite thing was the walkability of the area! Some bigger cities are getting sketchy, but we had a literal 10 min or even less walk up to the arena in the downtown area and it felt very safe, nice historical neighborhoods …plenty of variety for food options…didn’t have the parking fees, and we walked back to our rental before some people made it out of the parking lot at the arena! Univ of Kentucky campus 5 minutes drive.
Only a quick trip, so I don’t have a lot more info on area attractions, but definitely would go back to check more out.

This home in not renovated.... it Needs major renovation. Not accurate to the description! Not even the same furniture thats in the listing picture. This place is completely run down. Has cracks and breaks in the bathroom door like someone was punching it. Light fixtures loose. Old paint, nasty holes and cracks in most every room. This place is a complete dump. I Would love a refund because this place is the worst my family and I have ever stayed via Vrbo. Stay away. Not recommend.
This was a perfect location for our visit. Most of what we explored could be done by walking. Then 2 1/2 baths were a great feature as the were two women in the party
This house was perfect for our trip to see a few games for March Madness at Rupp Arena. Easy walk to and from the arena. The host was kind enough to allow an early check in so we could drop our bags before the first games. Overall great experience.
We werent abke to get to vrbo due to mountakn road closure. So had to rent hotel room. I had emailed host of this amd asked for refund and received zero communication. I would bever recommend to anyone
The location of the home is great for a weekend in Lexington, quick trips to/from the airport, easy access to downtown, and short trip to Keeneland. Value for the price is what you expect in the home, perfect for those focused on location and a clean place to stay while visiting.
We were extremely disappointed upon arrival to this property. We ended up not even staying and booked a hotel elsewhere. The house was nothing like the listing described, and it’s clear that the owner has not kept up with the necessary maintenance.
First off, the house was *not* renovated as stated. It was in dire need of repairs, including a non-functional shower in the master bath, a rotting entry door, and some interior doors that didn’t even have knobs or looked like it had been punched in. The stove’s oven door was broken and the facing fell off when it was opened. The kitchen cabinets were worn and desperately needed painting. The whole place had a rundown, neglected feel to it.
The backyard was another disappointment. It was overgrown with weeds and clearly hadn’t been maintained in quite some time.
The furniture in the living room and bedrooms was completely different from what was shown in the listing photos. The beds were the worst we’ve ever encountered—box springs were uncovered, mattresses were uncomfortable and you could feel the springs. The bedding in all the bedrooms looked like it came from a thrift store. The pillows were lumpy and old. The listing photos appear to have been staged with borrowed furniture and decor that wasn’t there during our stay.
Overall, this place was a dump. We felt completely misled by the listing and discovered that a previous negative review echoing our concerns had been mysteriously removed just before our arrival.
We found everything we needed for our stay. This place is close to a lot of attractions and it had good parking. The neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed a comfortable stay here.
