This property was clean, accessible had a nice backyard that looked down at a creek. It was very nice for my parents to stay there.

The home was clean, comfortabe and attractively furnished, exactly as pictured and described. We appreciated the fenced back yard for our dog. Check in was easy and the host was easily accessible. We would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home

We loved this home. It was decorated very well and comfortable. Beds were great. The back deck was a nice bonus. Close to lots of restaurants and stores. Quiet.

It was very clean and comfortable for my family of 4. It’s a lot roomier than the pictures suggest. One tip: there is a regular coffee machine and a kreuig, but no coffee on hand so make sure to bring some.

Keeneland trip

This is the nicest home we have stayed in Lexington the owner was really easy to deal with and the house was very clean and well furnished this will be our go to home for Keeneland going forward

Great House

This is an excellently maintained home in a good neighborhood. It is close to the interstate making all of Lexington within an easy drive. There is every type of restaurant and store close by. We would love to stay again and have recommended it to our friends.

Christmas Vacation

This was the 3rd time we have stayed at one of Jim’s properties and we could not be more satisfied. The house was in the perfect location, close to everything we needed, and in a safe, quiet neighborhood which is ideal for our family. We arrived to a clean property and seamless check-in procedure. The house is also ideal for traveling with a pet since it has ample space and a fenced backyard.

Lovely, clean, and convenient property

The owner couldn't have been more accommodating. The home is truly lovely. VERY clean and comfortable. We were attending an event at the Kentucky Horse Park. This property is within 15 minutes of the park, LOTS of places to eat nearby. We were very happy.

Lexington Visit

Four of us stayed for a week. We visited restaurants, distilleries and Keeneland. The location was perfect for our needs and our group size. The weather was cool and raining for 3 days but the house was nice and warm. It was nice to have the garage access for packing/unpacking. We signed in with our streaming services so it was like being at home. The house was very clean located in a quite neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again.

The house was very clean and well maintained. It was in a quiet neighborhood while also being a short drive to grocery, food and activities. This was our first Vrbo rental, so we had a few questions. The host was easy to contact and replied promptly. We would definitely stay here again when in the Lexington area.

Very comfortable, clean home in safe, suburban, neighborhood. 15-25 minutes to many Lex destinations. Only improvement would be changing bathtubs to glass and tile showers; otherwise, great.

Beautiful...clean...home. Quiet neighborhood. Traveled with a friend and we each had our own bedroom with an attached bathroom. There are so many things to see in the area and it is like everything is about 15 minutes away. Lots of really good restaurants. The owner of this property checked on us after a few days to make sure everything was okay. We had no complaints for him. I would recommend this property to anyone headed to Lexington.
