Great stay

This house is always clean and welcoming on arrival. The location is great with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. We golfed every day of our stay and the area courses are in great shape and reasonably priced. We love it here and hope to return.

A Bathroom for Everyone

We enjoyed our stay especially the ability to have three bedrooms with on-suite bathrooms. The house worked well for three friends and was comfortable. Access to garage parking was great, and the back deck looked out on a greenspace with lots of privacy. Don’t expect HGTV-like appointments. But, do expect a great value, quiet neighborhood, and a super-responsive host!

We came to be with our daughter from UK for Thanksgiving and we had a great time! Everything we needed and more! Owner was very attentive and caring! I will definitely stay here again!! Perfect for our family of 4!

A real gem!

Lexington stay

Great host, very responsive and organized. Perfect set up for three couples. Location is very convenient, lots of restaurants and close to highway. Even though it was a little cold for us, the new deck in the back was very enjoyable!

Grom's Birthday Week trip

Can not say enough good things. Prperty is in a great area. We stayed 3 nights and we covered everything we could fit in. Great restaurants, the ARK, winery, distillery, casino, Horse Park... and much more. The management group/ owner was first class along with his support crew. Great place close to UK campus

We rented this place for Family weekend at University of Kentucky. Close to campus but located in a great neighborhood. Jim was wonderful. He even texted me ti make sure everything was going smoothly.

Great Fall Experience!

Perfect location! Property was convenient to restaurants and amenities and the wedding we attended. Central to many attractions like UK, Keeneland, and distilleries. Quiet neighborhood was very safe; the garage made coming and going early and late convenient for loading and unloading the car without disturbing neighbors or going out in the rain/cold. Kitchen well-equipped. We had a great stay - would stay in this property again.

Awesome Experience

From the start to finish. Jim was present with communication. He provided all of the information needed to make our stay comfortable. The home was clean and in a nice neighborhood. The home is located accessible to grocery stores and shopping. The kitchen was equipped with all of the things we needed to prepare meals and invite family over. I am extremely satisfied with this experience.

An "in-town" stay

We live in Lexington and we are having renovations done on our home. We had to move out for 4 days and 3 nights. We have two teens and this house was a perfect location! This house is spacious and gave each of us our own rooms. The property is very clean, the beds are comfy and there is a small fenced yard that was perfect for letting our small dog out. I would definitely stay here again if the need arises and certainly refer to friends and family out of town. Jim was very kind and worked with us on a flexible check in and check out time given our needs! Definitely a wonderful home and I highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time. The property was very clean. Mr. Ford had everything you would need at his property. He was kind and very efficient when I called to ask about something.
