Such a comfy and fun place to stay and an INCREDIBLE host
Dru’s place was so incredible!! It was so cozy and felt like home. We are a family of five and it was perfect for us. Our kids (ages 8, 7, and 6) slept in the living room with the couches pulled into beds and they said it felt like a movie theater! They also loved looking for all of the horses haha It was also very clean and had everything we needed. Dru had music playing on the projector screen when we came in and there was also candy on the table! There is even a closet full of toys and board games that our family loved! Dru is such an incredible host! So thoughtful and so kind! She is very responsive and even messaged to check in to see if we needed anything. I highly recommend staying here!!
A quaint place. Must love horses! lol. Had everything that we needed for our short stay and communication was speedy for any questions or issues we had. Will be staying again.
Was in town for business. With lots of busyness during the day, this place was perfect for me to return after work. I could cook a little food then take a walk around the Neiborhood that was friendly and safe. Place was quiet in the evening and close to plenty of shops and eating places if that's your thing. Hostess Dru was the best with
Hours before our stay, storms ripped theough Lex and knocked ALL the power out. Dru notified me immediately. She provided extra lanterns and candles and offered to help however she could.
When we arrived - power was back!
This is the most excentric, fun place to stay. We had a blast hunting all the hidden horses throughout.
Dru was an amazing hostess and so prompt to respond. Can't wait to come back!
We were in town for parent's weekend and thought this place looked fun. I would recommend installing a proper mirror above the sink in the bathroom. The owner was responsive and easy to communicate with. If you like horses and seahorses, this is your place. Cheers!
What a neat and fun place to stay! We loved the lighting, the projector tv, and ALL the horses. The owner was quick to respond to questions, and messaged us a couple times to make everything was going ok. I would recommend this place to all!
This was exactly the way it was described! Super clean! We enjoyed the little outside area! The renter, Dru was super attentive and left notes on how to use everything! Love that!
The house was exactly what we needed traveling from Tennessee back home to Wisconsin. We were able to book on short notice for a middle of the week stay. The house presented enough room for our family of five. The host had many suggestions for local restaurants and events to add to our stay. Those recommendations were how we chose breakfast before leaving town.
A one of a kind home close to downtown but far enough for peace and quite. The host was amazing. She made sure to check in with us to make sure everything was to our standards.. we had a nice time here. was to our standards. I
Our stay was very peaceful even with being close to town! This house is a duplex and you wouldn’t even know there’s a neighbor. Neighborhood is nice, we enjoyed taking walks and looking at the beautiful houses and the Henry Clay estates. We also enjoyed the projector and large screen in the living room, we had a couple of family movie nights!

property was not good. we only had 2 people but when a listing says it can sleep 7 you assume its got a little room. bathroom was absolutely terrible. beds and couch were not good, AC couldn't get the small unit below 76
Happy to have found this home for a horse themed weekend. Owner stayed in touch to assure we had all we needed. Close to everything with the comfort of a quiet neighborhood.
We choose this location to use for a non-recreational personal stay because we needed somewhere for privacy and for convenience to the local medical facilities. It was perfect for our use. It could easily hold a large group, but can comfortably handle a group of four (in my opinion) based upon the bathroom and kitchen size. The home is nicely decorated with an almost hippie-horse chic. Everything we needed was there and more. Our only regret is that our stay was cut short by things out of our control.
Dru was a consummate professional, very communicative and very attentive to our needs and questions throughout the booking and stay. Definitely would recommend this location to anymore for a multitude of uses.
This listing was just as expected; we had everything we needed. Dru was a great host and the neighborhood is cute and quiet. The fun decor delighted my horse-crazy 11 year old. I would recommend this property and would stay again if we visit Lexington again.
Great Communication and Perfectly Aligned with Expectations
In town for weekend volleyball tournament at Convention Center. Location was convenient and owner was extremely responsive to questions and suggestions! Cinco de Mayo and Tolley Ho were amazing! Great experience!
Space is VERY colorful although a little dark. Off street parking was nice if very narrow. Location was easy to find and conveniently close to downtown. Mattress was a bit too soft for my preference. The place was clean. Other than the mattress, I think a real sofa and not a futon in the living room would be an improvement. Overall perfectly adequate.
