The house by the beach

The house was wonderful. Stephanie the manager was great very attentive and she took care of everything. I would recommend staying at this house on a vacation or for any reason. I’m sure if it’s available I will be back again.

Fantastic house in an unbeatable location

House is amazing and the location is incredible. The host was also very responsive. We had just a few criticisms:1) The house and the pool could have been cleaner. The pool cleaner did come half way through our stay.2) There were a lot of issues with the technology in the house - most of the TVs in the house, the water features around the pool, etc. were not functional.3) The kitchen was weirdly understocked for a house that sleeps 14. For example, there were a handful of mismatched cups and 8 forks in the kitchen. We ended up running out to buy disposable cups and silverware. It would be cheap and easy to ensure the house has enough flatware and tableware.

Great House in Destin!

This house is a spectacular home right in the heart of Destin. It is spacious and in great shape. The pool/hot tub area is huge and is a great place to hang out. It’s close to everything in Destin and is just a few steps away from the beach.

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Location to beach was wonderful and everything was as it is shown online. Access to the golf cart and beach chairs/wagon was extremely helpful ! Would recommend highly !

There is not a better pool in Destin! Location!!! Pool!!! 5 STARS!!

WOW! This home is incredible. Best Location! Best Pool!! There is not another private pool that can match the pool at this home. The outside area is awesome! This home stands 3 stories high just across the street from the Crap Trap. 100 yards to the beach. Super easy access! This home should be on the beach in California but those visiting Destin have the opportunity to stay and vacation in luxury! We will rent again - we have found our vacation home in Destin! Thank you!

Fantastic Spring Break Home

Booked a long weekend trip to Destin with the family for Spring Break. The six of us (two adults and kids age 10, 12, 13, and 16) had plenty of space to relax but also enjoy the beach. Proximity to EVERYTHING in Destin, Miramar, and beyond. The house is super high tech but is welcoming and cozy as well. Views from the master overlooking the beach is an amazing place for coffee and watch the sun rise. Stephanie was a great host and extremely responsive and helpful!!

5 STARS - Great Luxury Home. Our 2nd stay and we will stay again.

This is one of our favorite homes to stay in while in Destin. We have stayed in this home twice. We had a very easy check in and check out. The home is VERY CLEAN. Our teenagers love the hot tub and the pool table (we have both at home but apparently those are more fun on vacation). The property manager is easy to contact. Everything worked as it should and we had a fabulous, relaxing vacation. Location to the beach, restaurants, shopping, grocery and arcade can't be beat. We love the gated neighborhood. We look forward to booking this home again. 5 STARS! We all 5 enjoyed our stay.

New Year's Blast!

If you are considering this location...BOOK IT! The house is absolutely amazing. The pictures of the pools and hot tub are spot on and it's even better in person. The views are incredible. On the first and second floors the walls, which are windows, open allowing family to be together whether they prefer being inside or outside. The beds are so wonderfully comfortable and the master bath on the top floor has windows where you can watch the sunset over the ocean. It's truly a dream home. The common areas are wonderful for being together and the bedrooms are separated and large enough if you want time to yourself. There is laundry on two floors making it so easy to dry towels or wash clothes cutting down on packing.A couple notes: some of the tech pictured is not available. For example, pictured is a TV by the pool. We are football fans and wanted to watch from the pool, but the TV must have been removed at some point. Also, there some technology throughout the house that is no longer in use. We finally asked and found out that those things don't work. Not a big deal at all but helpful if you are looking at the pictures and expect something to be available for use. ie fireplace, firepit, outdoor ceiling heat by grill. The owner is amazing and will answer any questions you have so just ask if you want to make sure about an amenity. Again, you will be blown away by this house and its location. I hope we can stay here again!
