This lovely property offers all the facilities you need to have a short or long stay of your dreams: Very high-speed wifi and one of the most beautiful and romantic terraces in MedellínAll the design is inspired by nature, sustainability and Colombian art, not to mention coziness and cool vibes.
The space
Three are the things that describe us best: Nature, Art and Comfort. We would like to offer a wonderful stay for you and your loved ones surrounded by hand made artisan work (starting with our lovely paisa “mimbre” décor on the wall and including the different shades of light that our crafted dining lamp.) It was created by a family of artisans of the Antioquia region and personally adjusted to our lovely space.

Let’s face it: travel has changed for all of us. We want to feel safe and happy in a space that reflects our needs in this 21st Century lifestyle. That is why Mauria Local House designed this space. It offers everything a loft can: enough and confortable space, a high-speed internet, an EXCLUSIVE home-office space with a desk and every tool you may require as a digital nomad. Ah! Nothing like a day of working and then getting out to walk in a local tropical place such as Medellín!

The kitchen is completely equipped with all you may need to create a lovely meal and there is also an easy communication with our 24 hour Front-Office doorman to order in some food.

Our location is unbeatable: just 1 minute away from local supermarkets, 10 minutes from Jardín Street (popular restaurants, bars, and local boutiques), and different gyms, parks and local paisa lifestyle.

Enjoy a cup of wine or why not, a glass of aguardiente in our lovely terrace with a south side of the city view.

* There is a parking spot for our guests inside the building completely free.

* The building has 24 hours security and a rapid intercom digital system to communicate with the front desk.

* The entrance to the apartments is private, to offer more exclusivity.

* Less than one min away you can find 3 different supermarkets, there is even one on the first floor of the building.

* For stays of more than 7 days, we offer a weekly complimentary cleaning service which includes a deep clean, and even personal shopper or laundry if you so require it.

* We have a high-speed internet connection for all your needs; whether it’s a conference, meeting or just watch a movie. It’s 200 mbps.

* The entry to the apartment is done through a digital lock for which you will be provided a unique access code.

Nos encantaría ofrecerte una estancia inolvidable con tus seres queridos rodeado de artesanía hecha a mano -como nuestro mural de mimbre o la lámpara que decora nuestro comedor-. Todo fue hecho por una familia de artesanos del departamento de Antioquia y ajustado a la perfección a nuestro espacio.

Tenemos que ser honestos: el mundo del turismo y los viajes han cambiado. Buscamos sentirnos seguros y felices en un espacio que refleje las necesidades del viajero del siglo XXI. Por ello, Mauria Local House se adaptó a estas necesidades creando un loft ideal para ello: un espacio amplio con un cómodo diseño, internet de alta velocidad y un espacio exclusivo de home-office. ¡Nada como trabajar y disfrutar de la Ciudad de la Eterna Primavera todos los días!

Nuestra cocina está completamente equipara con todo lo que puedas imaginar para crear una cena increíble, así como la facilidad de comunicarte con tu celular con nuestra portería 24 horas para pedir comida.

La locación es envidiable: a tan solo 1 minuto de 3 supermercados, a 10 minutos de la calle “Jardín” donde podrás encontrar todo tipo de restaurantes, bares y boutiques, así como gimnasios, parques y vida paisa local.

Y por último… ¡cómo no hablar de nuestra terraza! Disfruta de una copa de vino (o aguardiente) con una vista sur de los imponentes Andes.

*Para estancias de más de 7 días ofrecemos un servicio de limpieza gratuito en el cual podemos incluso hacer servicios de personal shopper o lavado de ropa. (Nos adaptamos a tu horario para no interrumpir tu descanso o trabajo.)
