Located just a short drive from 65, and a 5 min boat ride to Trident Marina, the house is conveniently accessible by both land water.

With 4 bedrooms, two living areas, two decks and it's own PRIVATE dock you'll have all that you need for a little R and R on the water. This gorgeous home is brand new construction with all new furniture / mattresses / linens and ready to host your group! Our home can easily accommodate 5 cars.

2 Full size refrigerators. 5 smart TVs are in the home ready for any of your streaming services. 75mb Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. We also have a gas grill located on the upper deck.

Don't forget to rent a boat as soon as you book! We also provide our guests with private sources for rental pontoons not available to the public - they deliver to your dock!

Minimum age to book - 25 years old (Photo ID required prior to check in). Guest booking must be staying at the property for the duration of the stay. No smoking, no pets.

We provide high quality bed linens, bath towels, lake towels, and a well equipped kitchen. Please let us know if there is a certain necessity needed before check-in. A starter pack with toilet paper, paper towels, hand soaps, dish tabs, and trash bags is provided, but will not last your entire stay.
