Horrible host

I never got a text, email, or call stating the reservation was canceled. I texted the host about early check-in. I was told then at Hartsfield terminal, oh your reservation was terminated. Leave it to this unprofessional host I would have slept outside on Peachtree in Buckhead. My wife and daughter were set on taking photos for her Prom there. We are from Detroit and we were looking for to a nice Prom send off for my daughter only for the classless and unprofessional host to kill that wish. I repeat did not do business with this host. I repeat I was not told of the cancelation until I reached Atlanta.
