"Danielle thought of everything, even down to the black make up towel. I was very impressed. It's super stylish and modern. You'll find yourself asking how she managed to make an open floor plan in a gorgeous tiny house. The ladder was super fun once you got the hang of it..." -- Rita, Atlanta, GA *****

One of the nicest places I have stayed! I would like to return next time I am in Atlanta. Anything one could possibly need was provided. Beautiful furnishings and a comfortable sofa and bed helped me relax. As a bonus the on street parking was free. I really enjoyed myself.

My other party member and I had a great stay here! We chose this place because of how close it is to Variety Playhouse (about a 7 minute drive). It is also walking distance to a few local places to eat. We appreciated the K-cups, creamer, and sugar that was left for us. The bathroom is very nice and the bed is very comfortable. There was always a spot for us to park in. Michael is quick with responses and that was very much appreciated as well. Will definitely stay again if we make it back to Atlanta!

Nice little place

This was a nice little basement apartment in the Edgewood neighborhood of Atlanta. Noise from upstairs and the laundry room were a bit much for me at night (I am used to a house) but it was otherwise a very comfortable and convenient place to stay. I really enjoyed the coffee selections and that tea was also available. The washer/dryer combo was also a big bonus for me as I had unfortunately spilled on some of my clothes and didn’t have to find a laundromat.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and we felt safe in the neighborhood. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. The apartment is comfortable and well appointed. Communication was excellent. The only thing that was a bit of an issue was that the people who live upstairs are very early risers and the sounds travel downstairs. I am a very light sleeper, so that may not affect someone else as much. Otherwise it was perfect.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback. We’re delighted to hear that you found the apartment spacious, clean, and comfortable — and that the neighborhood’s quiet beauty and safety added to your experience. It’s wonderful that our communications met your expectations as well. We also appreciate you bringing up the early-morning footsteps from upstairs. I’m sorry that those sounds affected your sleep — especially given how light of a sleeper you are. While our upstairs neighbors are typically quiet, your note reminds us how sound can carry in a basement apartment setting. We’re going to explore ways to mitigate that noise (for example, checking on any impact-muffling measures we can add) so future guests have an even more restful stay. Thank you again for staying with us. We’d be honored to host you again next time you’re in the area — and we’ll make sure you’re as comfortable as possible.
