Award winning floor plan with a perfect layout for entertaining guests. Some of the features of the home include laminate flooring, quartz countertops, soft close cabinets, under cabinet lighting, gas range, stainless fridge and dishwasher. The living room offers very comfortable leather reeling sofa's with heat & massage. There is an stand up arcade game in one of the guest bedrooms for your enjoyment. Very comfortable backyard with many amenities including a pool, hot-tub, bbq and plenty of seating. The neighborhood is quiet & provides walking paths and access to greenbelt.

My family and I were visiting the treasure valley area and had a wonderful experience staying at this vacation home. It was clean and comfortable. It was an extra bonus that it had a heated pool and hot tub! I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a vacation home in the Nampa ID area!

Great house!

The house was great, very clean and nice. The pool is perfect size and depth for swimming, especially with young kids. The location is a bit out of town but doesn’t take more than 10 minutes to get to a store.

Two couples to be nearby family for Christmas

This is a quiet very well kept newer development. The home is well furnished, with two bedrooms and baths on opposite sides of the home, so was very nice for privacy for each couple. The kitchen, dining and living room with large TV and comfy seating had a pleasant open floorplan. The home is very close to a long easy walking path leading to preserved natural areas, including a small lake that normally has many birds.

Adoption day

The place was great, we came to celebrate my daughter adopting her foster son. The place was very nice and we had a nice time celebrating our new addition. The oven didn't work, but we were able to use the microwave and the stove top.

Gorgeous home in beautiful neighborhood

We all loved the home, pool and hot tub Our only complaint is there was a strong order of paint thinner and 5 out of 6 of us had headaches for the 2 days. We got the house for a family wedding in Caldwell.

Nampa Wedding

Nice place

Very comfortable and cozy place. The pool had a leak but it didn’t hinder our use of the pool. I would say down load you check in instructions. Cellular service is not good in this area. No fault of the owner.
