About this property

1 Room Condo Hotel Suite - King Bed - 65" Smart TV - Gulf Views of St. Joseph's Sound and Caladesi Island on the Balcony and pool decks @ Beso Del Sol. We are on the 2nd floor - 1st Side unit with no other balconies obscuring our views.

This Condo is a one room Suite with a King size bed (Stearns & Foster mattress (new 2024), twin size pullout sleeper chair - Sleeps max of 3. Condo has a Kitchenette and small dining area. The condo also has a large tv - 65" SmartTV. Enjoy your coffee or wine with a Gulf view from our private balcony. Located near stairway, elevator, ice machine and free guest laundry (3rd fl) and designated parking for guests.

Resort offers 2 heated Pools, Hot tub, and Dock - for an additional charge you can dock your own boat out front or Freedom Boat Club is located onsite. The resort offers free bikes for daytime guest use and the Pinellas Bike Trail is located across the street for easy access.

The property is close to downtown Dunedin (1-2 miles) - walk, bike or ride aboard the free Trolley right out front of the resort to enjoy the local restaurants, breweries, shops, festivals, and nightlife!

Beaches are nearby - accessible by bike, boat, trolley, car or water taxi. It's just 4 miles to Honeymoon Island state Park with ferry access to Caladesi Island which is across from our resort. Clearwater beach is only 8 miles away and a ferry service is available from downtown Dunedin.

Day trips to downtown Tampa or St. Petersburg are only 20+ miles away. Visit Amalie Arena, Busch Gardens, Lowry Zoo, or museums: Salvador Dali, Morean Arts, Chihuly and more.

It's easy to get to Dunedin with flights available at Tampa airport (TPA) - 22 miles and St. Petersburg (PIE) airport - 14 miles.

Sports fans - Dunedin's TD BallPark is home to the spring training camps for the Toronto Blue Jays! This property is an easy drive for Tampa Bay Rays Baseball, TB Buchaneers Football, and TB Lighting Hockey games too.

This property was very well maintained and decorated adorably. It is small, more like a studio apartment. It was fine for the 2 days we were there, but personally I would have liked something more like a suite if we were to stay longer. We did try to see if we could stay a day or two longer as we would have liked to check out the Dunedin area a bit more, but because it is owned by a host/condo owner the management at the property could not help us as we needed to contact the owner and there was no info to communicate with them. Again, very nice property and our time there was pleasant.

Rainy days

Great location

Easy walk from Beso de Sol to Dunedin or use the Jolley Trolley and other ride shares. Also right next to the Pinellas Trail for bike riding. When the weather is nice, the sunsets are amazing.
