About this property

Come stay at our place, custom made for your needs. Nestled at the base of Little Cotttonwood Canyon, minutes to the slopes, with a beautiful view of the snow capped mountains and an amazing night sky filled with stars.
The home is brand new as are all the beds, furniture and appliances. This is a walkout basement with 9 foot ceilings that is completely separate from the rest of the home, there are no interior stairs or doors that lead to the space. It also has its own garage and temperature control.
Large dining table with seating for 8. Each bedroom has a walk in closet and hanging mirror. Large TV with couch seating in the living area.
Walking distance to Salt Lake's great hikes at Bells Canyon Trailhead and Little Cottonwood Canyon which is home to famous ski/snowboarding resorts Snowbird and Alta.

Great Stay!

A wonderful space to spend a week while skiing. The location was very convenient to Alta and Snowbird. Lots of space, comfortable living, and the kitchen was perfect for making our own meals. Our next trip to the area, we will look to stay here again.

Perfect 3 bedroom!

Great 3 bedroom w kitchen. Very large and nicely appointed. Plenty of room and parking. Great host!

Amazing place, spacious and clean

Super comfortable beds & fully equipped kitchen. Very respectful and nice hosts. Very easy check-in and amazing. Open bright sunny new space! It was such a pleasure staying there, and I will come again in a heartbeat!!

Brand new custom built home, immaculately clean. 9 foot ceilings. Very Spacious living areas, bedrooms, and hallways. You will not feel cramped at all. 3 bedrooms all with walk in closets. Your own garage, temperature control, and entrance. No access between this walkout basement and the main home.
