Step inside and be greeted by an open-concept design that creates a spacious atmosphere. Natural light streams in through large windows, adding warmth to the inviting ambiance. The kitchen is a food lover's dream, boasting modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the necessary utensils and cookware. Whether you prefer cooking a homemade meal or indulging in local delicacies, this kitchen has everything you need. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table, creating delightful memories in the comfort of your own space. One of the highlights of our suite is the fully fenced-in backyard, providing a safe and secure area for your pets to roam freely. While your furry friends enjoy the outdoors, you can relax and unwind on the patio, surrounded by lush greenery. Sip your morning coffee or savor an evening glass of wine in this tranquil oasis, making the most of your time spent outdoors.

You will have access to the space in the photos as well as the backyard. We do live upstairs but the inside space is completely separate and private. We try to give as much privacy as possible but may cross paths in the front or back yards. The A/C and Heat controls are operated remotely due to it being one system. If you need any temperature adjustments while staying please let us know! The door code will be active from 3pm on your check in day to 11am on the day of check out.

Great location, just like pictures, basic but worked well for us and our small dog. Great neighborhood to walk in day or night. Only negative, at times we could hear the owner’s family walking and taking above. But overall a good experience. Thanks

Great Little Spot

This place was perfect for a short stay. The owner was communicative when needed but we had complete privacy. It was very clean and well kept. Loved the neighborhood and is walking distance to some bars and restaurants in the Mt Pleasant area.

We are so glad we choose to stay in Mt Pleasant. Nice walking neighborhood and close to groceries and restaurants and away from the crowds in Charleston. The suite was great with a full kitchen for breakfast.

Perfect place to stay

We had an amazing time in Charleston and staying with Sam made it perfect. The property was close to both downtown and the beach, making it ideal to check out both areas. The fenced in yard made it so easy with our dog. Highly recommend this place!!

Anniversary trip

Great location! We did so much...from dinner at shem's creek crab house, harbor cruise, carriage rides, Sullivan's Island, patriots point. We were able to walk to whole foods and several other places. It was also easy to catch ubers. It was very cozy and exactly what we need for a long weekend.

You don’t find a better place to stay location wise in my opinion. Solo traveler for business and needed to be between Mt P and the Peninsula. Samuels place was clean and comfortable. Slightly bigger than a hotel room with the comforts of a home. I frequent Charleston for business and will be back.

Samuel was very communicative. Property was very, very clean and comfortable. Location is only minutes from downtown Charleston, beaches, Shem Creek and really, anywhere else that one would want to visit on vacation. Plan to go back to this property, again!

Great Anniversary Trip

The Unit was perfect for our 10 year anniversary getaway. The unit was very clean and in the perfect location to everything we explored. Only complaint we had was not being able to control temperature in the unit and hated to keep asking for adjustments to be made but other than that place was super private and nice.

Samuel helped me out tremendously when I had to extend my stay due to car issues, super responsive and down to earth. The place itself was spotless, had more than I needed in terms of entertainment and all of the bedding was high quality. Comfortable and convenient stay

This was the perfect spot to stay to be close to friends in Old Village and attend a concert on Daniel Island. Check in was easy, bed was super comfortable along with the large sofa. There was a full kitchen making it easy to order groceries or even make a meal. My small Pomeranian was welcome and the fenced in yard made it easy for me to allow her to run out (while watching) and "do her business." I would definitely recommend this spot to others. The owner was in touch with me just to check in and make sure my stay was comfortable and I had everything I needed.

Beautiful hideaway

I thought the guest house was beautiful. Even better than the pictures. It had everything you need. The bed was soooo comfortable and everything is done in bright white, just lifts your spirits. I loved the bathroom as well, I’m a shower snob and this one was perfect. Nice big couch and streaming tv, and close to shopping. Beautiful neighborhood, I am a credit made a point of taking a long walk and looking at the beautiful homes. Very private as well. You would never know that someone lived upstairs. If you’re in the area, don’t hesitate to book with them!!!

Minimal and wxpensive

If you dont mind all tile floors and cement not one comfy rug and little knowledge of what is needed in the kitchen like a pot holder and tea towel it is fine and only a keugug with no pods and a host that didnt care no coffee really ? HEATING is regulated by host so you can ask for more heat and hopefully you will get some. Sorry but you need to do better
