We had a good time. We love Pensacola Beach.However, we have complaints.No boardwalk to the beach. Felt a little cramped, but it was OK for us three. Could not make the bedroom dark.Fan in living area did not work. The clock had no battery.I am 82, my wife is 79, and our daughter is 57, and we had a good time at the beach.

Beautiful place but could have used information

The property is very nice. Stunning view and quiet location. This was the first VRBO I stayed in that there was not any information on the area such as places to see, places to eat, etc. I checked everywhere and didnt see anything that was helpful for our stay. Being that is the only complaint I would say overall it was excellent. Would highly recommend this rental if you are looking for a quiet beach get away.

The description for this condo definitely gets a 5 star for marketing. Luxurious is a stretch. While it has Kitchen Aid appliances in the kitchen, the remaining amenities and space lack. The furniture was too much for the small space. There were stains on the sheets in the downstairs BR and items smeared on the walls in the upstairs BR and bathroom. My son in law fell down the super small, spiral staircase twice and hurt his knee and foot. The location of the unit was fine. The unit next door is being remodeled so that work was occurring during our stay into the late night and early morning hours. We found food in the freezer from former tenants and personal items left in the dressers that had been left but not cleaned out. There’s one parking spot available inside the parking garage for the unit but space is available outside for other cars. For the money we spent, it didn’t seem like the unit had been kept up enough to charge that luxurious marketing price.

Great location, family friendly. The balcony was the best spot in the house to see dolphins in the morning and even a shark swim by the shore. Owner was very responsive to messages as well.

This beachfront, gulf view condo was a great choice for a place away from the crowds. This penthouse unit has a cool, beachy feel. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. Definitely recommend this place!

We loved staying at this property!!! The view was absolutely gorgeous!!! The apartment was also very beautiful!! Had very nice big bedrooms and bathrooms. Loved how you could walk right out to the beach!! Owners were great and communicated very quickly. Will definitely stay here again next time!!!

Great location and comfortable stay

The property was as-advertised. Clean, great views, and quiet -- just what I needed. I had no problems with instructions for checking in and out; the hosts provided plenty of linens, soap, etc. Even with the rainy weather I enjoyed the balcony. Excellent stay on the quiet side of Pensacola Beach.

Amazing view

The view is AMAZING. This condo is so close to the ocean. At night I opened the sliding glass door so I could hear the waves while cooking, eating, and relaxing. I loved the location and would rent this condo again!!

This place is simply amazing! It exceeded our expectations and then some! Nicholas was very easy to work with and very communicative! The place is spotless and very cozy! The view from inside and from the balcony is a top ten view! Nothing in between but sand and water! Would definitely stay there again!

2 teachers on fall break

Beautiful gulf views. Great to have 2 king size beds (2 bedroom areas). The living space with kitchen/ dining was smaller than photos made it seem. Overall, fabulous spot for 2 women wanting their own sleeping space. The condo was well furnished and very comfortable overall. Owner stephanie even ran over to bring us a corkscrew since the one that should have been in the unit was missing. We loved the location...just far enough down the road from the main hub of Pensacola Beach, but close enough to get to restaurants quickly. We enjoyed biking the 8 miles down to Ft Pickens. We explored Big Lagoon State Park and several other parks over on the Pensacola side. Hard to leave such a beautiful area!

Absolute paradise

We had the most amazing getaway at this lovely condo. The view is jaw dropping! This was by far one of our favorite VRBO stays. We came here to celebrate our son who is graduating high school. We enjoyed watching the blue angels practice off the tip of Fort Pickens. Much to our excitement, the Navel Air Museum opened up while we were there after being close to the public for three years! If you are an airplane enthusiast like my boys are, then you must visit! What a thrill! The condo was well stocked with everything we needed to make our stay incredibly comfortable. Since we didn’t really want to leave the balcony or the beach, we made most of our meals there. The beach and property are so quiet that at times it feels like it’s just you and the waves. Thank you for letting us experience the Emerald Coast so perfectly!
