Far East Escape: Zen apartment, Japanese tea table

This one bedroom apartment, decorated with a nod to the beauty of an Asian aesthetic, is a perfect space for a traveling professional.
There is a queen memory foam bed, as well as a full-size futon pullout, a traditional Japanese floor tea table, as a dining space, as well as an upright dining table.

This private space comes with a fully stocked kitchen, coin laundry in the basement, ROKU Tv, and great Wi-Fi.

The apartment is located 1 mi from downtown, the state capital, and Salem Health.

The building has eight apartments. Four of them are ours, for corporate housing. The other four are permanent residents who are mostly quiet and respectful.

Each apartment is completely private with their own kitchens, bathrooms, etc.
The basement has shared coin-operated laundry.

Plenty of dishes and linens for your needs. There is a starter set of coffee and tea, as well as some small meal and snack items in the cupboard.

This apartment is ideally for traveling professionals. In accordance with our agreement with the management company, upon booking we will also ask you for your ID, your email address, and to sign a Temporary Occupancy Agreement via Docusign.

This is a building of eight apartments. There are five (unassigned) parking spots in the back of the apartment. You’re welcome to park there, if there’s room.
On-street parking is open and available too.

There is a coin laundry setup in the basement.

This is a safe area of town, but it is in a capital city. That means that you may hear normal city noises, like homeless people, traffic, garbage trucks, a train, or aircraft. We do provide earplugs for this reason.

The front porch has a Ring camera, which is directed only at the porch and the sidewalk. It is recording 24/7, but the footage is only looked at, in the event that there is a reason to- package theft, suspicious activity, etc. There are no cameras anywhere inside the building.

The TV is a ROKU, which means you can stream Netflix, HBOMax, Hulu, etc, using your OWN accounts.
