This lovely condo is nestled in the picture-perfect oasis of Dune Allen Beach on 30A. It is spacious and welcoming, with all the appointments necessary for a relaxing beach vacation. It has three bedrooms and two baths with accommodations for up to eight guests.

Azure 30A 1-203 is located on the second floor, the condo’s open great room and bedrooms are all on one level. The great room features tall ceilings, recessed lighting, and lots of natural sunlight. A sliding glass door provides access to an intimate balcony with views of tropical vegetation. A glass-topped table and chairs allow guests to enjoy the serene setting. A plush couch and two white armchairs make up the casual seating ensemble in the living room. The setup centers around a chic rug and hardwood cocktail table facing a wall-mounted TV. The dining area radiates a beachy feel with a round-topped dining table and four woven chairs. Honey-toned flooring flows seamlessly into the open kitchen, which includes spacious cabinets, gleaming quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen island offers plenty of space for dining, serving appetizers, or mixing drinks. A tile backsplash and spiral stools add to the modern look of the kitchen.

The primary suite has a king-size bed with a sandy-colored headboard, ensuring guests never forget they’re at the beach. The room also features balcony access, a flatscreen TV, and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. In one of the guest bedrooms, you will find another king-size bed, a sunny window, and a TV. It shares access to a full hall bath with a bunkroom furnished with two twin bunks.

In addition to this beachy home-away-from-home, guests staying at the Azure 30A condo complex enjoy luxurious property amenities. A refreshing swimming pool borders a small lagoon with a fountain, creating a picturesque scene for relaxing and soaking up the Florida sunshine. The pool includes water features and a shallow entry perfect for the small children in your group. There is also a bubbling hot tub for the adults. Lounge chairs are scattered around the paver deck, providing the perfect spot for sunbathing, reading a book, or taking a sun-soaked cat nap. BBQ grills and a covered picnic area are provided, as well. Another perk of staying at this condo is its close proximity to the beach and other vacation activities. The beach is less than a four-minute stroll from the condo’s front door. Gulf Place is less than a mile away. This village center is home to several must-visit spots, including Sunrise Coffee Co., Perfect Pig, Pizza by the Sea, outdoor art galleries of local artists, and a grassy amphitheater where seasonal events are held.
