This was an excellent find for a stay in Santa Rosa. The condo is spacious and has two very comfortable king beds, and our grands loved the bunk room. The kitchen is large and roomy. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach, but it’s an easy flat paved sidewalk. The building’s heated pool and hot tub weee both hits with our crew.

Great condo but very load frogs croaked all nighy

The condo was wonderful. Very clean. Great proximity to the beach. However the pond near the condo has frogs and they croaked very loud all night significantly interrupting our sleep.

Great place near the beach

Immaculate spacious condo for a big family with kids. The beds are super comfy, the kitchen is pretty big and spacious, and the view is the best part. It is super quiet and clean. I'm already thinking about coming back for spring break. Thanks for everything. We loved it :)

Absolutely Amazing!!!

What a wonderful spot. Bigger than it looks. Super clean. So close to the beach. Could not have been happier thank you so much for being such great hosts!!!! The only "complaint" I suppose would tmbe the wifi speed. They even warn you in the book that it can be slow but we weren't there for the internet anyways. 100/10 would recommend!!!!!

Very Nice Space

The property was great. The only disappointment was the public beach. Florida law provides private beach to homeowners and the nearby beaches open to the public were the size of postage stamps. The water was awesome and the beach was beautiful, just too tight.

This condo was everything we needed and more! With just a full group of girls, we still had plenty of space for everyone’s luggage plus more. Walk to the beach is super easy but if you have lots of things, a wagon may make things easier on you. Extra toilet paper and little necessities like dishwashing liquid and detergent were provided! Super clean and spacious!
