Enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room, very clean and convenient to beach. Beach cart, beach chairs and umbrellas are in excellent condition and we were happy to have had them available to use.

Location, Location, Location!! Loved the QUICK walk to the beach, and condo immediately off he elevator! QUITE CONVENIENT! Thanks to the owner for sharing his wagon, beach chairs, and umbrella! We had a great set up with borrowing his stuff. The condo itself was LARGER than expected. Plenty of room for everyone. Also, we appreciated the thick curtains in bedrooms, and helps when you want to sleep in!! The kitchen had everything we could have needed!

This property was perfect for our famiky vacation. The location for beach access can't be beat. Lots of nearby restraunts and coffee shops within walking and biking distance. Close to bike or walk to popular Seaside.

Perfect Getaway

This was a perfect stay! The listing was exactly as it was listed. The location can’t be beat. Less than a 5 min walk to the beach! The condo was so clean and very well stocked with anything you need. The only downside was the crowded the beach. It was hard to find a good spot. We were there the week of the 4th though. I would stay here again. Great for families!

The place was very clean and well maintained, an easy walk to the beach and other dining/shops. It seemed very soundproofed which we appreciated, as we have 2 energetic boys and we felt like we didn’t bother others! Beach gear/toys were appreciated!

Awesome place

We loved staying here. The place had plenty of room for us and was right in the middle of our favorite Mexican restaurant and shaved ice shop. Walk to the beach was so easy and the chairs they supplied ended up being very helpful!

Mother Daughter Spring Break

We really enjoyed our time at the condo for our mother daughter spring break trip. It had the perfect amount of beds for our crew. The condo was well appointed with everything we needed while there. We were very impressed with what was advertised with this property when we booked, but Cassine Dream exceeded our expectations. Clean, comfortable and very acommodating. An easy walk to the beach and many amenities. We enjoyed the beach, the pool, played pickle ball, many family memories made! Looking forward to returning.

Great condo across from the beach!

We loved our stay! My family (2 little kids) loved being so close to the beach since we had all the toys to carry, ha! The location could not be better- next door we rented bikes and rode to seaside, and we got pizza and watched the sunset on the beach. The place itself was so spacious and the kids and grownups enjoyed the jet garden tub and quiet mornings on the porch! Beds are comfy and it was clean and had everything we needed! We will be back!

Bonnie and Len grew up in the midwest and never had the opportunity to enjoy the ocean. When we moved to Atlanta, that made us close enough to visit the gulf often. Soon we had to have our own place so our children could experience the wonders of the beach. We love Cassine.

Why they chose this property

We vacationed on 30A on for several years before being introduced to Cassine Gardens and Village. Cassine Station was just starting construction and we were lucky enough to get the top floor end unit with the most space.

What makes this property unique

Cassine is the only neighborhood on 30A with old growth native cypress forests, it's close to the beach, and it borders on state forest land. It's a real hidden gem right in the heart of Seagrove Beach.
